Background: The green building industry has significantly impacted the construction market, providing various sustainable solutions for community. However, conventional standards have yet to adequately address occupant health and well-being, leading challenges with performance. This caused many businesses take note of latest report from Bureau Labour Statistics, which indicated that productivity in US dropped by sharpest level since 1940s [1]. Addressing these issues, organisations like International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) developed Rating System (WELL), prioritising well-being as critical components improving performance avoiding potential vulnerabilities brought about sickness or pandemics. For this reason, study will explore how improve employee within office buildings bettering their overall well-being.
